Cliff Richard - Greatest

Cliff Richard was another one on Yuvavani. I remember 'Devil Woman' and was pretty chuffed with that idea. Then I heard some of his other hits 'Bachelor Boy', 'Living Doll', 'Lucky Lips', 'Please don't fall in love' and others. Nice stuff but it never made me want to buy a tape. I got them recorded though.

I have Shobha's cassette with Cliff Richard and some other assorted songs on the other side. Cliff somehow had this very choir boy like sound - there was no mischief, no danger. Maybe that's why I didn't catch on to him too much. Also makes me wonder - that''s how we think we are young - the normal bores you. You want rebellious stuff. At least in music, movies if not in your life.

Enough to say that Cliff made me feel all nice and good boy like.

Cliff Richard will get everyone to sing along with him any day though, simply because everyone knew his songs. Let me try it in the next party we have.
